Tear-down the ice sculpture and return tray to Pointe staff.

Verify Mom’s Highlander is placed at the Pointe for Jonathan and Gail for use on Sunday.

Verify that Justin and/or Scott film some of the rehearsal dinner with video camera.

Verify DJ get’s his tip and evaluation form completed.

Verify CD’s from DJ are returned to Jonathan and Gail.

Verify the cake topper is secured and is returned to Jonathan and Gail.

Verify the bag of “overnight” items are provided to Jonathan and Gail at the end of the evening.

Verify that Starbucks gift cards and trivia are provided to DJ

Verify photographer has her “required photos” list

Everything should be set up and ready at 3:30, nobody allowed inside until after 4pm.

Verify Sarah lyrics and frame on the cake table is returned to Jonathan and Gail.

Verify the guest book is returned to Jonathan and Gail. 

Verify the bathroom baskets are picked up from the bathrooms.

Verify the bathroom baskets have been picked-up from the bathrooms at the end of the evening.

Verify the location and directions to the presidential suite.

Verify the toasting glasses are returned to Jonathan and Gail.
